Tracey is practically a Seattle native and has lived in the area for almost 40 years. She fell in love with Seattle when she moved to Alki Beach with friends shortly after graduating from college. She has watched West Seattle grow from a quiet community into one of the most desired addresses in Seattle. She raised her family here and is very familiar with the neighborhoods, the schools and the community.
Tracey is known for her creativity, dedication and for the genuine care she gives to all of her clients. She is a great communicator and provides her clients with a wealth of support and guidance in selling or purchasing a home. Tracey has over 20 years of experience in corporate sales and marketing. Her background serves her well in real estate contracts and negotiations. She is also know for rolling up her sleeves to help stage, paint, garden or hire contractors if necessary to prepare a home for the market.
Tracey has a natural eye for interior design and has also acted as her own general contractor during a major home remodel. In her free time she enjoys binge-watching HGTV, cooking, entertaining family and friends, walking and kayaking around the Pacific Northwest.
