My passion for West Seattle spans 30 years, that’s how long I’ve been exploring the quirky personality and places that define this great community. I started West Seattle Realty in 1989 because I wanted to offer specialized local service and operate at a scale that enabled a high level of accessibility for clients. Those values infuse everything we do today. I know that the most rewarding way to help clients is working side by side.
Through focused marketing and sales strategies, I’m keen to optimize your opportunities within the strike zone of your goals. If you’re selling a home, I can bring in just the right contractors to get it ready for market, from a handyman or yard service to a solid crew of skilled craftsmen. On the buyer’s side, I have a tight-knit team of colleagues and advisors who can come to your rescue in getting financial paperwork in order, facilitation pre-approval or otherwise enhancing your readiness to make an offer or close a deal.
On a personal note, my wife, Nancy, and I live in the Admiral District. Our two children, Makenzie and Lewis, attend our local schools. I enjoy contributing to organizations that provide educational, recreational and community-building opportunities for our young people. Over the years, I’ve grown particularly proud of my associations with the Lafayette Elementary School Playground Committee and PTA, YMCA Adventure Guides, West Seattle Soccer League, and Crystal Mountain Alpine Club.
